Returns / Exchanges Policy
You may return any unused items if you change your mind or if they do not fit, for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.
Exchanges can only be made for an item of the same value or less.
Returns will only be accepted if the goods are unused.

Return Instructions
To request a return, please email customerservice [at] anakieouterwear [dot] com with the order#, items being returned(style,colour,size) & reason for return.
Customer service will then send you a return authorization number, as well as a return address.
Please box up the goods with the RA# clearly marked on the box, and send by ground freight to the return address. Return Shipping is not Pre-Paid. (We recommend purchasing tracking information to help expedite returns).
Once we receive the goods your payment will be reversed. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement. The refund may be made for the value of the goods only, excluding shipping and delivery charges.

Exchange Instructions:
If you need to exchange your order for an alternate size or color, please email customerservice [at] anakieouterwear [dot] com with the order#, items you wish to exchange, as well as the replacement items you would like to exchange for.
Once the returned item has been received by us, instead of being credited you will be shipped the replacement item instead.
Exchanges can only be made for an item of the same value or less.
